Controlled-pilot terms overview
Clear roles for renters, hosts and rental companies.
This page explains how the product is designed to work; it is not the final rental contract. Live pilot transactions must not begin until Croatian rental, marketplace, insurance and consumer wording has been approved and attached to each booking.
Who provides the car
Each listing clearly identifies a private host or rental company as the vehicle provider and contracting counterparty.
Pricing and deposits
The total price, service fee, payment timing and any separate deposit authorisation are shown before confirmation.
Cancellations
The final cancellation window and refund schedule must be attached to the booking before live payment is enabled. The current pilot interface must not be treated as the final policy.
Damage and disputes
Condition records and supporting evidence are used for damage review, without removing either party’s legal rights.
