Trust & safety
Confidence before the keys change hands.
VoziMe combines provider review, vehicle documents and a recorded handover. Pilot preview listings are labelled separately from real approved listings.
Provider review
Provider workspaces and real vehicle listings require an operations decision before publishing. Drivers can upload both sides of a Croatian driving licence at /driving-licence for manual review. Only the uploader and authorised operations staff can access the scans.
Vehicle documents
Private hosts upload registration, ownership and insurance evidence. Rental companies upload registration and insurance evidence. Approval status remains visible in operations.
Recorded handover
Pickup and return include timestamped mileage, fuel or charge level, and condition photos for a clear record.
Incident support
Booking, payment and handover records stay connected. A renter or provider can open a support case directly from the booking.
