Before booking
Compare provider type, full trip price, deposit, pickup location and car features on every listing. Pilot previews are clearly marked.
Changing a trip
Open My trips to review or cancel. Contact operations from the booking before changing dates or pickup arrangements.
Private hosts
Use the host dashboard to control availability, review requests, add cars and monitor earnings.
Rental companies
Use the company workspace for fleet status, bookings, branches, team access and operational reports.
Urgent safety issue
Move to a safe place and call 112 for an emergency. Do not continue driving a vehicle that may be unsafe. Then record the issue in the booking.
